Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Procedures

At Tribal we are happy to make a full refund on a payment made within 7 days of the first purchase if you for some reason you feel the need to cancel your subscription.

Returns can be arranged via our contact, info@tribaltriathlete.com in one simple, single step.

If you do wish to claim a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, please add ‘Refund Please’ to the title bar of the email and within the email please detail the below information-

  • Your Web Order Number and Date of Purchase.
  • A Contact Email Address.
  • An Account- Name, Account Number and Sort Code that you wish to be debited.
  • If possible, tell us why you are cancelling so we can offer better services in the future.

On receipt of your e-mail, we will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible with the proviso that it is within 7 days of your initial purchase  and the above information has been included.

Membership Cancellation

Tribal Triathlete Membership can be canceled by you at anytime on 30 days written notice to Tribal.

You must write your desire to cancel your subscription to info@tribaltriathlete.com.

If you do wish to cancel your subscription, please add ‘Cancel Subscription’ to the title bar of the email and within the email please detail the below information-

  • Your Web Order Number and Date of Purchase.
  • A Contact Email Address.
  • If possible, tell us why you are cancelling so we can offer better services in the future.
